      In this role, you will:

      • Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
      • Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
      • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
      • Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement
      • Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
      • Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
      • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
      • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
      • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
      • Owning the quality of Change Management activities at the L2 Product level, feature to change control record including accountability for all Change Management policies, procedures, and compliance.
      • Managing allocation of people to features and change records.
      • Having a holistic and in-depth understanding of how business process(es), technology, organizational structure, and job roles may be impacted by changes as the organization undergoes current to future state transitions.
      • Ensuring milestones and change activities are being delivered and conducted in a timely manner.
      • Establishing and verifying Feature relationship to Change Control Records throughout the Change Management process, conducting a Risk & Attributes Assessment, and a Change Readiness Assessment.
      • Refining the Change Control Records as Features are developed, engaging the appropriate stakeholders and product team members to ensure the end-to-end quality and accuracy for the execution of the change plan.
      • Implementing quality review processes for the change adherence.


      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
      • 3+ years Management experience



      Desired Qualifications:

      • Experience within Change Management methodologies and practices with application of risk assessment and control framework
      • Experience successfully leading teams through change and ambiguity
      • Experience with Change Control, Intake and SDLC processes
      • Proven and demonstrated leadership skills including relationship building, partnering and collaboration skills with clear ability to influence, gain buy-in and negotiate with a diverse group of key business partners/stakeholders including senior management.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting effective and influential presentations to senior management and other levels of the organization; ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner.
      • Strong growth mindset and empathetic servant leadership approach to Change Management, leading through influence rather than authority; strong collaboration and influencing skills to effectively work in a cross-functional team environment.
      • Experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.), iterative development, and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira and Jira Align
      • Experience with Control Framework, Quality Review, Assurance and Monitoring Activities.


      Job Expectations:

      • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
      • This position requires compliance with all mortgages regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo’s compliance policies related to these requirements. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
      • This position offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office/2 day remote). Preferred location(s) listed below. Other locations within the Wells Fargo footprint may be considered. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
