What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare data ecosystems and health information technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to communicate complex material effectively, both verbally and in writing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience managing or supervising other staff members
- Familiarity with Medicaid and healthcare regulations and standards
- Knowledge of population health delivery models and care management models
- Understanding of clinical workflows and electronic health records
- Experience with digital quality measurement
