What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for data integration
- Consolidate data from multiple sources using tools like Alteryx and Power Query
- Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI
- Automate and optimize Alteryx flows by transforming them to cloud-based SQL queries
- Support material planning and inventory analysis to enhance supply chain operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a BI analyst, data analyst, business analyst, or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Experience with ETL tools such as Alteryx and Power Query
- Formal training in predictive analytics techniques
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Python, R, or other statistical programming languages
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
