What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and create reports to deliver timely and relevant information to business segments
- Participate in business projects to enhance data quality for visualization tools
- Update dashboard data regularly and perform quality checks for accuracy
- Collaborate with business owners and IT teams to develop effective solutions
- Maintain compliance with the employer's Compliance Program and perform related duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
- Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in business intelligence and data warehousing technologies, or an advanced degree in data analysis
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to leverage data systems for large-scale data analysis
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical users
- Ability to work in an agile environment and handle confidential information properly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, and DevExpress
- Knowledge of healthcare billing, data processing, and clinical software packages
- Tableau visualization tool experience
