What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand internal and external analytic needs
- Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements to inform analytics
- Produce documentation for business intelligence dashboards in alignment with company standards
- Build scalable and performant BI solutions to address analytic needs
- Independently manage user requests and communicate status updates through a Jira backlog
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in business intelligence or data analysis
- Proficiency in Tableau and data visualization best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the life sciences and healthcare industries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
- Previous experience working with healthcare providers or pharmaceutical companies
- Understanding of metric definitions and calculations in a BI context
- Experience with agile methodologies in project management
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
