What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build the parcel systems analytics framework, creating analytics for key metrics related to parcel systems
- Develop automated auditing tools to monitor margin leakage and overcharge issues in invoicing and billing
- Partner with tech teams to create a scalable strategy and roadmap for data requirements
- Manage the end-to-end analytics lifecycle from data ingestion to sophisticated analytics development
- Optimize carrier mix, delivery speed, and margin through data-driven insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, specifically within Logistics, Transportation, or E-commerce
- Deep understanding of Parcel concepts, including carrier rate structures and accessorial charges
- Expert SQL skills and proficiency in BI visualization tools (Omni, Looker, or Tableau)
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query) for ad-hoc modeling
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Python/R for advanced logistics modeling and simulation
- Familiarity with transitioning data reporting from legacy systems to modern BI stacks
