- Req#: 25-28822
- Support Medicare Advantage reporting and analytics needs.
- Work with CMS claims submission and HCC coding processes, including 837, MOR, MAO, and MMR files.
- Develop SQL data marts and provide advanced reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate risk adjustment and claims submission processes.
- Medicare Advantage experience: 5+ years.
- Tapestry experience: 3+ years (certification is a plus).
- SQL Datamart expertise: Strong proficiency required.
- CMS & Risk Adjustment knowledge: Including HCC coding and claims submission processes.
- Epic Clarity Data Model certification in one or more modules (EpicCare Inpatient, Hospital Billing, Prelude ADT, Radiant, Willow, Optime) — or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
- Risk Adjustment modeling experience.
- Tapestry certification.

About the Role:
We are launching a new health plan in 2025, focusing exclusively on Medicare Advantage plans. To support this initiative, we are building out the reporting infrastructure for this new line of business and are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team.
