What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the Analytics team in transforming data into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle leaders to build metrics and dashboards that support operations
- Conduct root cause analyses and present findings to leadership for process improvement
- Supervise the development and maintenance of reports, scorecards, and dashboards
- Manage analytics projects, liaising with IT and operational teams to ensure data integrity and availability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of work experience in analytics or related areas
- Fundamental awareness of data querying techniques, such as SQL and Power Query
- Advanced knowledge of Excel for data organization, modeling, and visualization
- Understanding of healthcare systems and Revenue Cycle operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Microsoft Business Intelligence certification
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer credential
- Membership in the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA)
