What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain data analytics and reporting solutions to support strategic decision-making
- Transform complex data sets into actionable insights that drive business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analytical needs and deliver intuitive visualizations and dashboards
- Ensure the reliability and performance of BI applications through rigorous testing and optimization
- Serve as a trusted adviser, providing consultation and support in the effective use of BI tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, and ETL processes
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and present insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FERPA and IPEDS data reporting
