Job Description

- Understand the business processes of your business partners, their needs, and pain points
- Understand, communicate, and ensure adherence to Statkraft Operating Models and relevant Governance Models
- Identify opportunities and in collaboration with the business, define Digitalization Roadmaps to solve some of the business issues and enable your business partners to deliver on their strategy
- Ensure close collaboration and involvement of relevant areas in IT during your business partner’s digitalization journeys
- Be responsible for developing concrete initiatives from ideas and concepts to ready for execution
- Be a team player collaborating closely with teams across business units, functions, and experts
- Support in continuously identifying ways to strengthen our way of working
- Higher relevant education at university level
- A minimum of 5-10 years experience working with digitalization/IT, with the ability to understand the end-to-end digitalization process, identify critical paths, and connect the dots between business needs and IT solutions
- Project Management background (either formal skills or proven experience)
- Ability to understand relevant business strategies and transform them in concrete deliverables
- Strong communication skills and talent for building networks and trusted relationships
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to put unstructured information into context and present stories that are easy to follow and understand
- Great interest and understanding for the opportunities enabled by digitalisation trends and technologies
- Continuous improvement mindset, where knowhow of agile, explorative, and innovative techniques are appreciated
- Fluency in written and spoken Norwegian

Job Description
With Statkraft, you’ll be working and collaborating alongside other technology and digital experts to innovate, maintain, and provide the world with renewable energy. Our company has high ambitions for creating new business opportunities and unlocking performance improvement through integrated use of digital technologies, data, and new ways of working.
The ITCD (IT for Digital Corporate Services) department in Statkraft has as a mission to work as business partners and digital enablers to the Corporate Services areas in Statkraft. Corporate Services include HR, HSSE, Communications & Marketing, Corporate Strategy, and others. From setting up digitalization roadmaps, starting up projects, enabling system selections, and ensuring that the application life cycle is properly planned and handed over to project implementation, our team has a great purpose of enabling digitalization to our business partners, and with that, enabling Statkraft to deliver on its Strategy.
Your Role
We are growing and are currently looking for Digitalization Leads (“Business IT Developer” at Statkraft) to join our dedicated team. The role will report to the Head of Digital Corporate Services.
The Digitalization Lead role is an exciting one and a great opportunity to combine the best of two worlds: The Business Understanding with Digitalization. In this role, you’re accountable for driving a partnership with Corporate Support functions in a quest to grasp benefits from digitalization and for strengthen key business enabling capabilities required to realise Statkraft’s ambition.
