•ideally 3-5 years background or experience in a similar or related role, with strong knowledge of Fixed Income products
•self-starter, quick thinker, highly adaptable, and able to deal with ambiguity. A strong focus, drive and commitment to ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner to a high standard.
•excellent problem solving and data analytics skills, ideally with experience with data analytics across complex data sets
•knowledge of regulatory landscape, control frameworks, and governance applicable to Fixed Income trading desks in an investment banking context
•ability to understand processes and issues quickly and determine priorities and solutions based on business needs and benefits
•strong communication (verbal and written), presentation and interpersonal skills in order to liaise with members of the organization at all levels
•comfortable working independently, as well as in a collaborative environment, able to network and influence across the front to back organization to deliver key business objectives
•experienced in delivering against milestones on a timely basis and to a high standard under limited supervision
