What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Report on loan origination and servicing activities, including partner reporting related to loan operations
- Coordinate projects between internal departments including Engineering, Accounting and Finance, Operations, and Member Experience
- Serve as the point of contact for external vendors such as banks and custodians
- Track and ensure the accuracy of loan servicing reports and files, and reconcile bank accounts daily
- Engage directly with capital partners to remediate reporting issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or Vendor/Investor reporting role
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience with bank or cash reconciliation
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with credit unions
- Deep understanding of loan accounting principles
- Knowledge of programming languages such as R or Python
