  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Own day-to-day business operations for Smart Savings and future deposit products
  - Monitor product health, financial drivers, risks, and operational KPIs; identify trends and propose improvements
  - Drive the launch of new high-yield deposit accounts and build operational infrastructure for future products
  - Serve as the primary operational point of contact for deposit product bank partners and internal stakeholders
  - Create clarity in ambiguous situations, proactively identifying gaps before they become problems
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 4+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Product Operations, or a highly cross-functional operational role
  - Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complex systems
  - Strong project management skills with a bias toward action
  - Comfortable with data analysis and turning metrics into decisions
  - Proven ability to work with partners, vendors, and both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in regulated fintech, banking, or payments
  - Experience launching and scaling deposit products at a fintech
