What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance for enterprise-level applications
- Analyze business requirements to extract test requirements and develop effective test plans and cases
- Log and track defects to closure while monitoring and communicating test results
- Create and maintain UAT documentation, communication, and process workflows
- Collaborate with the Project Team to identify risks early and improve processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of User Acceptance testing experience for enterprise-level applications
- 2+ years of experience performing business process and data analysis
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to work flexible schedules during holidays and peak periods

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Medicare Part D
- Previous automation experience
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance or claims processes
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Access
- Strong understanding of Claims Admin workflows and processes
