      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience
      - Source and develop a candidate pipeline for the GTM organization
      - Conduct interviews, update candidates throughout the process, and negotiate compensation
      - Set hiring managers' expectations and develop processes around interviewing
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective sourcing strategies for each search

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle tech sales recruiting experience
      - Previous startup experience with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
      - Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent
      - Track record of achieving high volume recruiting metrics (5 hires or more per month)
      - Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (LinkedIn / Gem)
