      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to create and refine crisis management plans that align with organizational objectives
      - Conduct simulations and tabletop exercises to test strategies and promote a culture of preparedness
      - Perform assessments of potential impacts and risks to critical business functions, leading to actionable improvement plans
      - Work with various teams to identify gaps and drive strategic initiatives for enhanced operational response capabilities
      - Prepare detailed reports summarizing testing activities and recommendations for future enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience (2-4 years) in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, or related disciplines
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in Crisis Management or Business Continuity is a plus
      - Strong understanding of BCM governance frameworks and operational risk management
      - Ability to communicate effectively and engage with stakeholders at all levels
      - Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree or certifications in Crisis Management or Business Continuity
      - Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing response strategies and protocols
      - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges
