      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, testable technical specifications
      - Lead projects through the entire lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery on scope and quality
      - Identify and resolve issues within the People Technology stack, acting as a key liaison for stakeholder groups
      - Develop and maintain test scripts and user documentation to support system adoption
      - Communicate project status updates and milestones to keep teams aligned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Systems Analyst, HRIS, or People Technology Project Management role
      - Exceptional written communication skills, with a focus on user-centric documentation
      - Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical abilities
      - Proficiency in Workday and familiarity with other HR systems, especially Greenhouse

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hands-on Workday configuration experience
      - Experience with Talent Acquisition technologies
      - Previous experience in project management within HR or technology environments
