      HUK job description (60%)

      • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
      • Serve as the point of contact for client enquiries
      • Maintain and update client records and databases, ensuring consistent reporting style.
      • Manage communications across the national account
      • Update the tracker and dashboard for monthly meetings

      • Prepare monthly presentation slides
        • Assist in organising site visits and inspections
        • Request and manage the Purchase Orders requested
        • Update Organisational charts
        • Compile reporting trackers / documents.
        • Circulate technical documentation
        • Collate information to add to presentations or reports
        • Manage communication with incoming tenants
        • Manage communication with Third Party consultants and update tracker accordingly.
        • Host monthly client calls (onboarding)
        • Create engaging data visualisation tools for the client to review
        • Facilitate communication between clients and tenants

      Client - EPDM role (20%)

      Setting up project files and adding jobs on the relevant fund schedules.

      Carry out project review calls with external and internal project managers along with lead Building Surveyor on Client Account.

      Review project status and advise on the 5 key project gateways and updating the reporting trackers monthly. Requesting missing information from project managers and checking project files are adequately completed at key stages.

      Internal invoicing, and invoice evidence gathering.

      Salesforce (20%)

      Assisting local surveyors on adding new jobs to SF, keeping them up to date and helping surveyors issue fee invoice sheet to JLL DATA team for the final invoicing
