What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather requirements by meeting with business leaders across Sales and Customer Experience to identify pain points and technology opportunities
- Translate identified business needs into detailed technical requirements for the Internal Business Applications team
- Serve as the primary liaison between commercial operations and the internal business systems applications department
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of system initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to project timelines
- Lead and execute comprehensive testing activities, including unit, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience working within the Salesforce platform to support business processes
- Demonstrated ability to convert vague business needs into scalable, technical solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to data
- Experience ensuring data accuracy and compliance within enterprise systems
