      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop business analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and support for systems
      - Participate in process improvements and define detailed project tasks for execution
      - Provide escalated technical support for enterprise client areas on existing business systems
      - Document system turnover and provide training for associates and IT peers
      - Proactively engage technical associates to schedule and execute required tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
      - 2-5 years’ experience in computer systems, business analysis, or related discipline
      - Proven experience in the software development life cycle, including documentation and deployment
      - Demonstrated experience in implementing and supporting integrated, enterprise 3rd party packaged software
      - Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA or advanced degree
      - Experience configuring packaged, integrated systems
      - Proven customer service/user support skills, particularly in working with business units
      - Understanding of both waterfall and agile project methods
      - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite for project documentation
