      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement solutions to enhance employee and manager experiences across performance and compensation cycles
      - Support the optimization of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compensation programs are scalable and aligned with business objectives
      - Analyze data flows and reporting frameworks to inform business decisions
      - Manage key system components and recommend improvements based on insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5+ years of experience in Workday, focusing on Compensation and Reporting
      - Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, including calculated fields and business processes
      - Strong capabilities in building custom reports and conducting data validations
      - Experience supporting compensation cycles in Workday
      - Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced Compensation experience in Workday
      - Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail
      - Ability to translate technical requirements for nontechnical partners
      - Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing changing priorities
