What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with internal departments and end-users to identify business needs and design PeopleSoft FSCM solutions
- Lead requirements definition sessions and document business processes for finance functional areas
- Train end-users on finance systems and processes across various departments
- Support the planning, testing, and implementation of Financial Management System upgrades
- Serve as a liaison between IT and other ministry departments to assess needs and deliver technology solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field, or at least four (4) years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
- Thorough knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively across multiple internal departments
- 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required)
- Fluency in English (required)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with associated Oracle technologies or system integrations
- Familiarity with business process descriptions, use cases, and workflow analysis
