      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with various teams to document user behavior, context, and system features
      - Validate functionality and ensure system quality meets user value
      - Develop test plans and test scripts for system usability
      - Assist business units in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications
      - Perform detailed analysis on defects found during testing or by system users

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, quality assurance, or a related discipline
      - Experience in developing test plans and test scripts
      - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
      - Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and Windows 365
      - Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of automated testing, SharePoint, and Jira
      - Familiarity with project methodologies and software development lifecycles
