What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own Salesforce administration and ongoing development, including building and maintaining Flows, validations, Apex, and Lightning components
- Support and enhance the company's ERP platform (currently proALPHA) and manage integrations between Salesforce, ERP, and other enterprise systems
- Create reports and dashboards for leadership and end users, and provide user support and training across sales, marketing, and operations
- Act as the business-facing owner of enterprise applications, translating business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Identify automation and efficiency opportunities across departments and maintain a systems roadmap aligned with business priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years in business systems, applications, or Salesforce-focused roles
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience
- Strong experience with Salesforce Flows, security model, reports, and dashboards
- Working knowledge of Apex and Lightning (LWC or Aura)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience supporting or integrating manufacturing ERP systems (proALPHA, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I)
- Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial industry experience
- Experience with CPQ, quoting, or sales operations tools
- Experience managing vendors or implementation partners
