What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and review test data and matrices for system changes, executing test cases and evaluating results for errors
- Research and document system problems, assisting in their resolution and preparing written reports and analysis
- Serve as a liaison between production operations, other testers, and Information Systems to facilitate communication
- Assist customers and testers with issues that arise in production and during testing
- Complete various daily reports to ensure systems are performing as expected
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related processing support systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic business math skills and strong research and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with DB2, TI TOOL, Access Database, Microsoft Excel, and Quality Center
