Improve the tax function by streamlining, standardizing and automating tax operations
Work collaboratively with cross-functional tax and advisory teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of business transformation or integration and project management experience
2+ years of process improvement / excellence experience
Customer Tax or similar experience a plus
Influencing Skills – proven ability as an effective communicator in virtual matrixed environments
Strategic Thinker – ability to identify business opportunities, analyze problems and present solutions

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Transformation Lead, to join our Enterprise Tax Utility team. This exciting opportunity will be leading the execution of enterprise efforts to transform the customer tax function. In this role you will be responsible for driving a portfolio of change activity that is aligned toward a common objective of delivering a sustainable model that streamlines operations while enhancing customer experience with a sound risk and control environment.
This position is also known as a Lead Business Execution Consultant
