      Job Description

      Our Diabetes sales team works directly with healthcare providers to increase referrals for Diabetes supplies. Byram Healthcare is looking for a talented sales candidate that is ready for this fast-paced and challenging role. As one of our Diabetes Inside Sales Representatives, you will fill a key role on the team with covering your assigned territory to exceed the sales quota. You will navigate the sales cycle and manage your pipeline from start to finish. This position reports directly to our Diabetes Inside Sale Manager

      Responsibilities

      • Sell Diabetes supplies utilizing a structured sales process
      • Partner with healthcare offices to identify customers for Byram to service with our in-network insurance plans
      • Successfully present and implement new and existing products as well as marketing programs within the assigned territory
      • Effectively network with healthcare professionals, institutions, community agencies, key trade associations, and specific manufacturers to promote Byram’s value proposition
      • Strategically overcome objections and competition
      • Outbound calling to hospitals, health clinics, and physician offices
      • Conducting sales presentations and developing a relationship with key decision makers
      • Provide timely reporting and analysis of business activity
      • Timely and appropriate attendance at required meetings and timely, accurate, effective communications
      • Develop a strong partnership with your Sales Coordinator – Diabetes New Intake team
      • Work closely with our Operations Team to continue to provide exceptional service
      • Act as a representative of Byram Healthcare
      • Ability to use phone, chat, e-mail, and computers in communications
      • Utilize Salesforce to manage your pipeline, forecast activity and maintain organization

      What are the qualifications?

      • Minimum 2 years prior sales experience necessary
      • Minimum 1 years Customer Experience (Preferred)
      • BS or BA degree (desired)
      • Knowledge of Medicare criteria (highly preferred)
      • Familiarity with basic medical terminology and payer/insurance processing and plans (highly preferred)
      • Other advanced education or commensurate experience in another health care environment is a plus
      • Salesforce experience (desired)
      • Advance skill level of Microsoft Office Suite; specifically, Word, Excel, Teams & PowerPoint
      • Track record of success and ability to demonstrate sales growth and quota attainment
      • Competitive, tenacious and results driven while providing an exceptional customer experience
      • Self-motivated and able to perform consistently against goals
