      C&M Portfolio manager

      Salary: National £45,000-£55,000 London £55,000-£70,000

      A bit about the job:

      The Portfolio manager will support the team to deliver strong oversight and reporting of the portfolio in the delivery of our transformation.

      Working closely with the programme workstreams to understand their plans and deliver high quality outcomes for our customers and our business

      Support with the aggregation of workstream outputs to create a cohesive portfolio view. Input into senior stakeholder updates and reports

      support with business readiness and broader implementation of capabilities to ensure we maximise their value. Managing the assessment of operational impact and ensuring Operations and Risk teams are consulted in the delivery of the roadmap. Ensuring short term delivery objectives are met without compromising longer term strategy and operations.

      Skills and experience we’re looking for:

      • Proven track record of managing change within operations to consistently high standards (time, quality & cost)

      • Extensive experience in strategy, transformation or project/ programme management

      • Strong stakeholder management experience

      • Track record in successfully working collaboratively

      • Demonstrate self starter skills

      What you’ll get for this role:

      • Starting salary between £45,000 and £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
