- 8+ years of experience as a CAD lead or Manager.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Programming and development experience around scripts or list routines.
- Experience with Revit, Electrical, and Navisworks.

Job Title: High level - CAD / BIM Manager
Job Description
We are looking to add a CAD/BIM Manager to our team due to increased AV demand from our clients and the internal need to automate and standardize our work. This is a new position that will play a crucial role in developing best practices and workflow automation in AutoCAD.

You will be working in the low voltage division. The work environment is family-owned, stable, and entrepreneurial, with a focus on efficiency and innovation. We have a laid-back culture where we do not micromanage but are passionate about forward-thinking in design. We enjoy company outings, listening to music, and fostering a fun work environment. The dress code is business casual (dress pants and polo). The hours are flexible during the first shift, and we are open to a hybrid schedule with 1-2 days working from home. You can choose to work out of our main office or our Milwaukee office.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $58.00/hr.
