What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop relationships and build business within the designated territory in collaboration with the CA Sales and National Accounts team
- Maximize exposure of the employer's wines in select chain retail stores by working with liquor managers and store directors
- Ensure compliance with authorized planners and promotions from chain headquarters
- Maintain communication with the Chain Sales Manager regarding buyer preferences and retail changes
- Introduce new products and monitor in-store promotion results while maintaining territory records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree and/or equivalent related experience in merchandising or chain sales
- Basic knowledge of wine sales, varietals, regions, and leading categories
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Must possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record; must be at least 21 years of age

- Previous experience as a merchandiser or chain sales representative in the wine industry
