      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan and implement grassroots organizing and community outreach efforts in target communities along the California North Coast
      - Support coalition-building and organize educational events to promote offshore wind energy initiatives
      - Track campaign activities by writing timely reports as required
      - Represent the employer in coalition settings and at public meetings and events
      - Collaborate with coalition partners to identify and develop opportunities for outreach and engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of campaign and/or organizing experience, either in a professional or volunteer setting
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
      - Ability to work effectively in both team-based and independent environments
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
      - Demonstrated interest and experience in climate or clean energy policy and/or advocacy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - A BA/BS in a related field or equivalent professional or volunteer experience
      - Previous experience in coalition-building or public engagement activities
      - Familiarity with community outreach strategies and environmental advocacy
