What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from dental providers, providing clear and professional responses
- Resolve billing, policy, and procedural inquiries efficiently within a 3-5 minute window
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current dental billing guidelines and healthcare policy changes
- Document and track calls using the call tracking system to ensure accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and meet call resolution metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in inbound customer service, either in private or government sectors
- At least 6 months of experience in dental customer support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and help desk software
- Typing speed of 30 WPM with 95% accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, along with a positive and patient demeanor
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a dental call center or healthcare-related customer service role
- Familiarity with dental billing guidelines and healthcare policies
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download speed
