      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide information to the public about various Air Quality Programs, including the Smog Check Referee and Parts Locator Service
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of air quality programs to ensure accurate consumer information
      - Triage inbound calls and schedule consumer appointments based on their needs
      - Assist consumers in determining eligibility for various programs and verify data in the web-scheduler database
      - Place outbound calls to remind consumers of their scheduled appointments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to receive, screen, and schedule consumer appointments over the phone
      - High proficiency with database-related software applications and office equipment
      - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
      - Strong judgment and effectiveness in working with a technical team
      - Must reside in California and perform all work remotely within the state
