What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide professional and empathetic support to callers regarding benefits and eligibility inquiries
- Assess eligibility by reviewing client information against established program requirements
- Research inquiries and route calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Accurately document call notes, reports, and updates in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Monitor and report emerging trends or recurring issues in customer calls for process improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in handling inbound and outbound service calls over the phone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure
- Commitment to equity-minded principles and a desire to positively impact individuals' lives
