      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls
      - Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
      - Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
      - Meet sales targets and call handling quotas as part of the customer service team
      - Maintain records of customer interactions and document processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
      - Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
      - Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities
      - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with an automatic dialer
      - Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office
      - Pleasant phone demeanor and strong customer orientation
      - Demonstrated track record of over-achieving quotas
      - Ability to quickly learn new software with provided training
