      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to address member inquiries
      - Accurately document all interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the system
      - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations while maintaining confidentiality
      - Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments as necessary
      - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or healthcare certification preferred
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
      - Strong communication and active listening skills, with proficiency in English; bilingual is a plus
      - Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software
      - Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related call center or customer service role
      - Additional certifications in healthcare or customer service
      - Proficiency in a second language
      - Experience with healthcare claims processing or insurance verification
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
