What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level customer service solutions through consistent outbound calls
- Document all customer interactions accurately using provided tools
- Maintain a working knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions
- Perform data capture and entry tasks as required
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of actual call center experience with automatic dialers and call scripting
- High school diploma or GED
- Exceptional communication skills, including a clear and friendly voice
- Strong people skills and active listening abilities
- Basic computer skills and computer literacy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Familiarity with various campaign products and services
- Demonstrated ability to maintain outstanding attendance and punctuality
- Proficiency in using a USB-connected headset and other remote work technologies
