What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls to assist pet parents in distress
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Participate in on-site training for three weeks before transitioning to remote work
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic tone while interacting with customers
- Address customer inquiries and up-sell services when appropriate
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must live in or near Tulsa, OK
- Minimum of 6 months of call center experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a drug and federal background check
- Quiet, designated workspace for remote work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Passion for helping pets and their owners
- Strong customer service soft skills
- Ability to work fixed schedules, either day or evening
