What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services related to the My Safe Florida Home Program
- Provide courteous, professional, and accurate assistance to callers
- Deliver excellent customer service while addressing questions and concerns
- Maintain a clear, confident, and professional phone presence
- Communicate information effectively in a friendly and personable manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Reliable Internet with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Professional equipment including a high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse
- Availability to work a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
- Residency in Florida, Tennessee, or Texas is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a call center environment
- Familiarity with financial services or related programs
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude
