  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Respond to incoming calls, scheduling patients for necessary care and services, and assisting with payment navigation
  - Manage high volumes of calls while accurately collecting and inputting patient demographic information
  - Provide operational support by electronically sending prescriptions and documenting appropriately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
  - Communicate pertinent patient information to other departments to ensure a smooth transition in patient care
  - Adhere to HIPAA practices and maintain client confidentiality
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or equivalent
  - Previous experience in call center, healthcare, reproductive health, or related fields
  - Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
  - Ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently
  - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience working in a reproductive healthcare setting or with Planned Parenthood
  - Familiarity with Nextgen practice management system or similar software
  - Knowledge of grants and funding sources relevant to healthcare services
  - Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
