What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Share expertise of Progressive products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage through benefits selling (Bilingual Inbound Sales Representatives)
- Support customers' inquiries and insurance policy needs by answering questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews while offering additional products (Bilingual Customer Service Representatives)
- Multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems
- Provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking customers
- Work in a fast-paced environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two years of post-secondary education or higher OR two years of relevant work experience
- Property & Casualty license for sales role (opportunity to gain it during training)
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work weekend days and evening hours after completion of training
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
- High-speed internet and physically connected computer to router/modem
- Ability to connect Progressive hardware to a surge protector
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual English and Spanish fluency
- Previous experience in insurance or customer service roles
