What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide coaching and support to call center staff in delivering mental health services
- Conduct triage and care management for clients seeking mental health support
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to assist clients effectively
- Facilitate crisis counseling sessions as needed
- Collaborate with military service members and veterans to address their mental health needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- US Citizenship required
- Master's degree in a mental health-related field
- Licensed mental health professional (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, behavioral health counseling)
- Minimum of three years of experience delivering in-person patient care
- Clinical experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling
