What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard new retailers and instructors through welcome calls and email communications
- Build and maintain meaningful B2B relationships with company partners to ensure growth
- Identify and resolve issues with instructors and retailers
- Assist with event planning, scheduling, and execution
- Generate data reports on a daily and periodic basis for management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to track progress of multiple projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of contact center experience
- Experience in identifying customer needs and making service or product recommendations
- A high school diploma, associate degree, or some college education
