      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer telephones and respond to basic customer inquiries or forward calls to appropriate personnel
      - Record calls on account history records and initiate required confirmations without direct supervision
      - Process calls to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded
      - Perform data entry and match documents to appropriate accounts for accuracy
      - Interface with team members, management, and customers regarding service issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in any industry
      - Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications
      - Strong problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries effectively
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills for professional responses to inquiries
      - Ability to understand team roles and identify stakeholders for resolving client inquiries
