What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage potential patients and caregivers seeking information about the home care program
- Nurture interested individuals to facilitate their enrollment with the employer
- Collect and validate information necessary for the intake process
- Build sustainable relationships with customers and enhance their experience
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills with active listening
