What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the activities of the Community Impact Call Center and provide support to call center staff
- Act as the first point of contact for agent support, troubleshooting issues, and handling escalated cases
- Maintain knowledge of program eligibility guidelines and resources to assist callers effectively
- Prepare and analyze reports for client use, ensuring timely delivery of insights
- Support queue management by monitoring calls and assisting with case escalations as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in California and be available for a fully remote position
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other technology platforms (Zoom, Salesforce Lightning, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and demonstrate customer service techniques
- Strong desire to impact and change people’s lives for the better
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred but not required
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment, particularly within social services
- Familiarity with compliance monitoring and program evaluation practices
- Knowledge of business, philanthropy, technology, or communications relevant to the role
