What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Increase sales and revenue by making outbound calls to current, lapsed, and prospective customers
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
- Ensure timely follow-up calls to customers
- Update customer information in the system accurately
- Identify and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in appointment setting
- Strong persuasive skills with the ability to sell services and handle objections
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using customer service software, such as Service Titan
