What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to new and existing call center agents
- Facilitate virtual training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Adapt training delivery to accommodate various learning styles and needs
- Collaborate with training team and subject matter experts to ensure effectiveness of training materials
- Assess training outcomes through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience as a trainer or facilitator
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques
- Demonstrable curriculum development skills
- Passion for training and desire to facilitate in a virtual classroom environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare industry or with Medicaid services
- Familiarity with remote training tools and technologies
- Advanced skills in instructional design or e-learning development
- Certification in training or adult education
- Previous experience in a call center environment
