      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform quality audits on all interactions between patients and Call Center team members
      - Ensure standards of scheduling accuracy and patient experience are met and exceeded
      - Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff regarding performance issues
      - Assist in the facilitation of training classes and develop new training materials
      - Prepare and analyze internal quality reports for management review

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Business or related field, or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in healthcare, customer service, managed care, or medical insurance
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
      - Demonstrated technical competency in Microsoft Office and hospital systems
      - Comprehensive understanding of call center operations

      - Experience in providing coaching and training in a corporate environment
      - Ability to evaluate and motivate team members through best practices
      - Strong organizational skills to prioritize and complete assigned work efficiently
