      - Promote products or services that align with customer needs and meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction and sales conversion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred in customer service, business, or communication
      - 1-3 years of previous experience in a call center, customer service, or client-facing role
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and call center software

      - Experience in a sales or upselling environment
      - Proven ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
      - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
      - Strong empathy, patience, and active listening skills
